Deadlines for Full Papers

April 15th 2023

Full texts in English should be uploaded on the online paper system (Oxford Abstracts)

The documents must be prepared according to the following template:

The use of that template will ensure conformity and uniformity of appearance which is important for the printed version of the proceeding booklet.

 

These instructions are prepared in the style and format to be used for the final document. Papers not prepared in accordance with these guidelines might not be included in the Conference Proceedings.

Young Researchers are kindly requested to “tick” a check case at the top of their full paper.

We remind you that each accepted full paper must have at least one author or co-author duly registered to present the contribution.

Posters Submission

The Poster presentations will be made digitaly on Horizontal Monitors, and have to be prepared on the PowerPoint template below:

The authors selected for poster sessions must also provide a full text document according the same rules as the full paper.

Young Researchers Contest

The Organization Committee of Jicable’23 is setting up a Young Researchers Contest to encourage the participation of students and young researchers.

Proven full-time engineering and science university researchers and Ph.D. students under 35 years old who have submitted a paper are entitled to participate to this contest.

Students and Researchers whose abstracts are selected will be invited to present papers and answer questions at the Jicable’23 conference. Prizes will be awarded to the authors of the three best papers during the Closing Session on Wednesday 21st. 

Young Researchers are kindly requested to “tick” a check case at the top of their full paper.

Lucien Deschamps Award

The Jicable 23 prize is now named "Lucien Deschamps Award" in honor of the founder of this international conference.

 

It will be awarded to the authors of the best communication selected by an ad hoc jury, and presented on stage at the end of the conference during the Closing Session on Wednesday 21st.
