Full Papers & Posters Submission

Congratulations! Your abstract has been approved by the International Scientific and Technical Committee to be presented at Jicable'23.
The process to continue is the same would it be a Poster or an Oral presentation. The poster presentations will be displayed on 43"16/9 horizontal monitors.

Jicable'23 process to final abstract, full text,
presentation and optional voice over presentation
We first want to thank those who are able to upload the final full text and abstract before April 15th. This enable us to begin working on the conference program and proceedings.
However, we carefully consider the unexpected contingencies that accompany any business. Hence the ISCT has decided to extend the submission deadline to May 1st.
We hope that this new date will allow you to upload the documents stressless.
You have to prepare:
1. The final abstract that takes into account the remarks that you may have received from your
first submission. NEW DEADLINE - MAY 1st
2. The full text of your paper according to the indications of the MS Word template available for
download below. NEW DEADLINE - MAY 1st
3. A PowerPoint presentation according to the MS PowerPoint template available below. DEADLINE 31 MAY 2023
4. and, optional, a voice over presentation that could be used in case of any issue during the
conference. DEADLINE with the ppt presentation 31 MAY 2023
5. and a short biography, to be used by the session chair. DEADLINE 31 MAY 2023

You can upload anytime your documents to OXFORD ABSTRACTS, but we recommend you to discusswith your reviewer before uploading your files.

Young Researchers Contest
The Organization Committee of Jicable’23 is setting up a Young Researchers Contest to encourage the participation of students and young researchers.
Proven full-time engineering and science university researchers and Ph.D. students under 35 years old who have submitted a paper are entitled to participate to this contest.
Students and Researchers whose abstracts are selected will be invited to present papers and answer questions at the Jicable’23 conference. Prizes will be awarded to the authors of the three best papers during the Closing Session on Wednesday 21st.
Young Researchers are kindly requested to “tick” a check case at the top of their full paper.


Lucien Deschamps Award

The Jicable 23 prize is now named "Lucien Deschamps Award" in honor of the founder of this international conference.
It will be awarded to the authors of the best communication selected by an ad hoc jury, and presented on stage at the end of the conference during the Closing Session on Wednesday 21st.
